Arrive Alive Promise We cannot promise that 100% of the time, your pet will be completely healthy upon arrival to you. If this is the case, if your pet is not completely healthy within 7 days of arrival, we will ship an additional pet at no charge.

Shipping Locations and Prices Based in Missouri, USA, we ship landlocked states nationally excluding Alaska. Send us an email if you live in Hawaii and Puerto Rico as they have strict shipping rules. 60-80$ depending on where you live will be the shipping cost.

Restocking and Fulfillment We have new stock every 2-4 weeks and every order is fulfilled domestically. Sign up on our email list for updates on when new stock arrives!
